900g Smoked Fish
450ml White Sauce
Toast Slices

2 Cups Cooked Macaroni
2 Cups Flaked Cooked Fish
2 Cups White Sauce
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind
1 Cup Grated Cheese
