INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Cooked Spaghetti
30g Butter/Margarine
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
1 Level Teaspoon Sage
1 Cup Cooked Chopped Mushrooms
6 Lambs’ Kidneys or Chickens’ Livers
1 Cup Brown Sauce

Creamed Chicken (or Duck/Turkey)

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Chopped Cooked Chicken, from Steamed Chicken
3 Cups Thick White Sauce
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry (optional)

METHOD:
